Warranty

All Refind products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If your product has a defect covered by this warranty, we will repair it, replace it, or offer a refund at our discretion. To make a warranty claim, please contact our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos if possible.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, improper handling, modifications, or use outside the intended purpose. It also does not apply to cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.

The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
