At Refind, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and securely. All orders placed before 3:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday, are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next working day.

We proudly offer worldwide shipping. This includes the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, countries across the European Union, and many more. If your country is eligible, it will appear as an option during checkout.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Orders within the UK typically arrive within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery to European countries usually takes 3 to 7 working days. Orders to the United States and Canada generally arrive in 5 to 10 working days. For the rest of the world, delivery times may range from 7 to 15 working days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. UK orders currently include free standard shipping. International shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment.

Please note that for international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, so you can follow your parcel until it arrives.
