At Refind, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags and accessories. Items that show signs of use or are returned without their original components may not be eligible for a refund.
To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know during the return process.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the safe arrival of your return.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
